With a career spanning more than 30 years in Sales and procurement on a national level, I firmly believe that there is significant potential for growth in the dairy sector in India, particularly within hotels, institutions, restaurants, and cafes. The cold supply chain includes layers of distribution costs and pilferage, leading to cost escalation. My role involves conceptualizing, developing, and marketing dairy products that are both cost-effective and compliant with food safety standards. Our goal is to maximize returns for cooperative and mid-sized dairies while delivering value for money to HORECA customers.
